Well, tomorrow is my big head-shaving day, and I’m super duper excited! If you haven’t been following along, I’m shaving my head in support of St Baldrick’s. You can find out more here. I’ve been doing give-aways to drive donations, and today is no different! Jason and his awesome crew at Indie Alehouse in the Junction have stepped up and generously provided me with a $50 gift card, which I believe can be used in either the brewpub or the retail store. If you haven’t been to Indie, give your head a shake, and then get up there asap. I would usually go on and on about their amazing food, especially their BBQ and killer pizzas, except their beer takes the top spot in my mind. Nothing tame or bland here, just an array of hoppy pales and IPAs, funky things and oaked things from their insanely large barrel program, and various other rock-solid brews.
